 Anna's Breeze Villa - is an upscale new 4 bedroom main house, with a detached 1 bedroom cottage, which may be rented for 2 to 12 guests  and is a perfect tropical vacation home away from home. It is located in a gated residential community, within easy walking distance to a sandy beach resort which is adjacent to a beautiful marina.

 With  2500 square ft, four bedrooms, four and a half bath main house and a separate 550 square ft, one bedroom, one bath guesthouse, Anna’s Breeze can comfortably accommodate a party of 2-12 people and is also a great choice to host your small wedding or party reception* .

Indoor amenities include: ultra quiet split system central air throughout all rooms with individual climate control, ceiling fans and large West Indian styles louvered windows, flat panel LCD TV’s in each bedroom, wireless internet service throughout the villa and cottage, and GE Profile appliances along with beautiful tropical furnishings throughout the home.

Outdoor living at Anna's Breeze is a breeze...Outdoor amenities include: a large 400 square foot outdoor "breakfast room", an amply furnished 500 square foot covered gallery, a 1500 square foot pool deck and lanai area with two pools - a 12 foot x 22 foot, four foot deep patio pool with an adjoining eight feet diameter, one and a half foot deep children’s wading pool, large stainless steel barbecue grill, dining table/chairs, lounges and an outdoor garden shower.

The open floor plan of the great room allows easy access to the outside pool area as well as enjoyment in the fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining, and the comfortable entertainment area that includes a large 50-inch wide screen high definition TV and entertainment center equipped with Cable, DVD and CD Stereo.

Large Island Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, indoor dining table for 8 as well as a casual island counter for quick snacks and windows and french doors to the outside views.

Enjoy dining indoors or out on the patio just beyond the dining area.

 

All are equipped with ceiling fans,, air conditioning and a 15-inch Flat Panel TV. The master bedroom features a King size bed; 2 bedrooms in the main house feature feature Queen-size Beds, and the 4th bedroom in the main house features 2 double sized beds. The separate fully equipped cottage features a Queen size bed. All baths features double sinks and large showers.

All Bedrooms are with baths ensuite, and are of Equal Size and Layout.

The separate stand alone cottage is a fully furnished cute comfortable choice for extended family members, perhaps grandparents, who like some quiet time as well as being in with the other family members.

 

	Anna's Breeze is conveniently located within an easy 1/4 mile, 5 minute walk to the sandy beach at Tamarind Reef.  If you prefer not to have to carry the beach chairs and cooler, by all means jump in the car and zip over!

* Small party or wedding receptions are allowed for up to 40 guests at a surcharge of $500. Please let us know if you need a wedding planner, caterer or chef for your event.

NOTE: The separate guest cottage will remain locked unless it is part of your group over 8 guests and will not be rented to a another party unless you give permission at time of booking in writing. If agreed, the cottage guests do NOT have access to the pool or main house amenities and do not infringe on your privacy based on the layout of the house design.
