The large, quiet and peaceful pool area features a hot tub spa area, table/chairs, palm trees and beach and ground views.  

The comfortable light and airy living room, is the perfect inside spot to relax and enjoy the views through the sliders. The living room is right off the dining area and kitchen.

The  equipped kitchen area offers all appliances for your convenience.

The condo features ceiling fans throughout to catch those beautiful tropical breezes and is also completely air conditioned. Condo entertainment amenities include: cable TV, VCR, CD, radio . Enjoy the  views from the main living areas, whether inside or out.

Master bedroom features a queen size bed, and a walkthrough into a large marble bath ensuite. Sliding glass doors provide your view and open to the deck.         

The second bedroom features two twin size beds - perfect for families - which can also be combined to form a king bed for couples traveling together. The master bathroom in the hall  services the second bedroom. 

Pelican Cove features tropical landscaping
	and a large pool and BBQ area for guests on grounds.

The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water.  While all beach edges in the Caribbean are public, Pelican Cove has a private, manicured beach cut into its property line with lounge/sunning chairs. Some portions of it are rocky. Just a minute's walk down the beach leads to a perfect swim area where it is also great to snorkel.

Pelican Cove is conveniently located to all island activities, and is just a 5 minute drive to town for shopping and water sport excursions. Best of all Pelican Cove  is walking distance to 2 outstanding restaurants - The Palms and H2O, both are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. 

Or go for a drink, both have casual bar areas - it's a delightful way to spend some time! 

This condo is a perfect choice for a family vacation at a great price! For extended families, it may be combined with the other Pelican Cove condos based on availability. For the enjoyment of all guests, this is a no smoking condo environment inside the unit.

* Provide airport greeting on arrival and lead the way so you can follow in your rental car   
* Stop for groceries on the way to the condo if desired
* Is on call for any maintenance issues during your stay at the condo
