We had a wonderful stay at Villa Madeleine. The view was gorgeous and we loved having a private pool, especially during the pandemic. The villa is exactly as pictured and all amenities were provided.

Great quiet property! Bring books and lay back and enjoy the pool and view. Kitchen is small but has everything one needs to cook. Definitely need a vehicle since it is in the less dense part of the island. We really enjoyed the property.

Second stay just as wonderful! My husband and I just returned from a 10 day visit to St. Croix. This was our second visit to the island and also the second stay at Hook Wine and Sinker. We love the villa! As soon as you step foot into the villa and also on to the veranda, all stress melts away! The beautiful pool and views of the Caribbean are just what we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the living area with the breezes coming in through the open doors and shutters. As before, the decor is very nice and the villa was clean. Thank you to the owners for making your slice of paradise available to others, and thanks Anne for making the reservation process so easy! We will return!

The property is just as gorgeous in person as it appears in the photos. The check in process was painless and convenient as we were met by the greeter at the airport and escorted to the location. The villa was clean and accommodating. Having a private pool was one of the best parts of the vacation, and the ocean view was perfect.

We can not say enough about your place, wow talk about a piece of heaven! Everything about our stay here has been perfect. Thank you by the way for the wine! The worst part of the stay is the thought of leaving. Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to rent your place. The booking process through Villa Madeleine was especially easy and informative, Thanks to Anne! We wanted to stay on the East end of the island and Villa Madeleine was a perfect choice! The restaurants close by were excellent, big shout out to "Castaways", "Blue Water Terrace" and "Duggan's Reef"! We look forward to another stay in the future, hopefully longer!!

Fantastic condo with amazing views! Our family of 4 truly enjoyed the Hook, Wine and Sinker in Villa Madeline. The condo was well appointed, spacious and we absolutely loved the pool! Anne was great to work with and made the booking process simple. We will use Anne again! If you are looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, we highly recommend!The condo is the perfect place to relax and view the Caribbean Sea whether you are in the living room, around the private pool or in the bedroom. The view is spectacular. So peaceful, quiet and secure.

So peaceful, quiet and secure. The condo is fully equipped with new appliances, looks like a new counter top and the colors of the walls adds to the peacefulness. I plan to visit more often and use this condo. The management/Anne, is professional and responds quickly to any questions. Charles,who will greet you at the airport is a treasure!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It was everything we were looking for. We were hoping for privacy and were not disappointed. Having our own pool was amazing as you don't find that many other places. The kitchen was well stocked with previous renters spices and condiments and we added to them when we left. It was great having a grill. We never had to turn on the air as the ocean breeze was enough to keep us cool although it was 85 outside. It was one of our best vacations. Communication prior to arriving was great with Anne. Charles was right there when we arrived. When the power went out for a few hours he was there to check on us. We had no need for any other service but are sure our needs would have been met promptly.

The most peaceful vacation location! We just came back home from a wonderful week at Hook, Wine and Sinker. Could not ask for a more peaceful location. The accommodations were very nice with a well stocked kitchen. The pool was the best part. Loved that Charles met us at the airport and we followed him back to the villa. Would never been able to navigate the first trip by ourselves.

St. Croix Heaven!  My wife and I stayed at HOOK WINE & SINKER in FEB. What a beautiful condominium!! The coolers on the walls are so cooling and the tile floor makes such a great companion color. French doors that open from both bedrooms to a private week maintained swimming pool with an incredible view of the CARRIBEAN SEA!!! The condo has a complete kitchen private parking and sits high on the hillside to provide the most beautiful view of the sea from the lounge chairs around the pool. Great welcoming snacks and water, coffee pot or Keurig coffee and tea. The two bedroom are separated for privacy. Both open to the pool. Washer and dryer, WI FI, AC, land line Sign up now and get your piece of heaven.

Hook Wine & Sinker has been the perfect place to land while in the paradise of St. Croix for 7 Days. Everything is just right: all tastefully decorated, a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed from a comfy bed down to plenty of bath and beach towels (including beach chairs) was provided. We loved the private pool too! The views and breezes are wonderful. The only bad thing is that we have to leave...but we hope we can return again soon. Thank you to the villa owners for a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival and for making their villa available to us. My husband and I needed some R&R and we no doubt got it!! God bless you!

PERFECTION!  Loved our stay here. Beautifully appointed. The bottle of wine on arrival was a much  needed bonus. Anne was a rockstar to work with. Will return in February and looking forward to it.
