The site company acts solely as a villa
reservation center bringing guests and owners together by having payments go direct to each owner for their property. We assume no liability
for the maintenance and condition or for any problems that occur while guests
occupy the villa of their choice. All villa information has been provided by the
villa owner and no liability is assumed by reservation company for any
misrepresentation of villa material or accommodations.
For any refunds requested ,for whatever reason, the fee paid to Rent a Villa by
owner is not refundable to either owner or guest.
The US Virgin Islands are thriving and there may be construction in the vicinity
of your vacation villa of which the owner has no control and no refund will be given.
