Enjoy the ambiance as you watch the sailboats and catamarans gliding by on their way to Buck Island. The views are spectacular ranging from the ever changing water colors to beautiful tropical landscaping around the villa property.

The great room is graciously and comfortably furnished affording views out to the sea. There's a 65" TV in the great room area with Dish network.

Adjoining the sitting area is the dining area and the open kitchen allowing the spectacular views from all rooms.

All living areas feature split system air conditioning.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath en suite. The other bedroom features two twin size beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed and all bedrooms have their own private baths en suite. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans to catch the tropical breezes as well as new and updated air conditioning split systems should you desire to use it. All bedrooms in the main house have sliders out to the courtyard or garden. The guest pool house bedrooms have access to their own decks on each level.

Across the pool deck from the main house is the 2 story guest house. The lower level has a full size bedroom with outside deck sitting area, hallway steps to the upper level full size bathroom or use the half bath outside that is used as the pool bathroom, a small kitchen area is across from the bedroom. The lower level bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and french doors that open to the deck outside.

The upper bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall, air conditioning and ceiling fan. On the upper level that bedroom features french doors that open to its own balcony with a great sea view. The upper level bedroom features a king bed and a picture window encompassing the wonderful water view and starry night sky!

This oceanfront location is perfect to enjoy frolicking in the water for snorkeling, swimming and shelling. You can even swim out (about 100 yards) to the reef wall for greater snorkeling views depending on the ocean tide current! Just walk the steps down from the house to the water from either the pool area or along the side of the house. Water shoes are recommended!

Trellised decks with lush palms and tropical plants along with the sound of the surf will entice you to relax at the pool and in the privacy of the villa grounds.

Enjoy one of two hammocks located on the property either at the pool deck under the shade deck or under the palms at the beach level. Then just when you think the day is over at sunset enjoy the show!

For interior entertainment there is a flat screen TV in the great room, Ipod ready players scattered in a few different spots and internet access are just a few of the amenities provided. This full amenity villa also features a generator to keep you comfortable should there be a power outage.

Conveniently located to all island activities including town this is a great location. There's even a casual and highly rated restaurant within walking distance and if you're looking for a special night at home you can reserve your own personal chef for the villa!
